In addition to regularly scheduled workshops, IHP conducts specially designed continuing education activities. Each activity is tailored to meet requirements of sponsoring organizations. IHP welcomes the opportunity to design and implement activities for agency or project staff who can benefit from concentrated, directed, learning activities. We require at least eight participants per session to maximize cross learning and we need at least two months notice for planning purposes.

Additionally, study tours can be arranged for health professionals who find it useful to visit counterpart agencies in the US to examine models and discuss policies and strategies for improving their health care services and programs.

Organizations interested in contracting with IHP to organize a special program or study tour should contact the IHP Director. Based on program and learning objectives, IHP will propose a program and budget to the sponsoring agency.

Language:

The usual language of instruction of IHP workshops is English. Please note that the following workshops are available in other languages for a minimum of eight (8) participants with three months notice:
	Islam and Family Planning – Arabic
	Implementing HIV/AIDS Programs – French or Arabic
	Advanced Training for Trainers – French or Spanish
	Developing Adolescent Sexual & Reproductive Health Programs - Spanish
